What if my order arrives damaged or it’s the wrong item?
Snap a few photos and email them over to us at contact@outdoorissimo.com. We’ll check things out and make sure you get the right item or a replacement sent your way.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to cancel, reach out to us at contact@outdoorissimo.com as soon as you can. If your order’s already been processed or shipped, we won’t be able to cancel it, but you can still send it back once it’s delivered.
What’s the cut-off time for same-day processing?
Place your order before 4:00 PM EDT and we’ll process it the same day. Orders made after 4:00 PM will be handled the next business day.
Do you offer free return shipping?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
How long does the shipping take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri), and delivery typically takes 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri) after shipping.
