Quick Order Info
- When We Process Orders: Place your order before 4:00 PM EDT and we’ll get it processed the same day. Orders after that go out the next business day.
- How Fast We Handle Orders: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Shipping Times: After processing, most orders arrive within 3–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
- Free Shipping: All orders in the United States ship for free.
What Happens After You Order
Right after you place your order, you’ll get a confirmation email. We’ll then process your order (usually 1–2 business days) and send a tracking email once it’s shipped so you can follow your package.
If Your Package is Running Late
Sometimes deliveries take a little longer than expected. Please wait 2 extra business days before reaching out. If your order still hasn’t arrived, email us at contact@outdoorissimo.com with your order number and we’ll check it out.
Need to Cancel?
Plans change, we get it! If you want to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at contact@outdoorissimo.com. We’ll try to stop it before it’s processed or shipped. After it’s on its way, you’d need to return it once it arrives.
Got a Damaged or Wrong Item?
Mistakes happen. If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, please:
- Take clear photos of the item and any packaging damage.
