How to Return an Item
- Contact Us First: Email contact@outdoorissimo.com with your order details and reason for the return. Returns sent without approval cannot be processed.
- Follow Instructions: Once approved, we’ll send you step-by-step instructions on how to return your item.
- Pack It Safely: Make sure your item is securely packaged to avoid damage during shipping.
- Return Shipping Costs: You’re responsible for return shipping.
Return Requirements
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days from delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we’ll refund the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 days for processing. No restocking fees are charged.
Exchanges
Want to swap an item? Email us at contact@outdoorissimo.com with the details of what you’d like instead, and we’ll guide you through the exchange.
Need to Cancel?
Plans change, we get it! If you want to cancel your order, email us as soon as possible at contact@outdoorissimo.com. We’ll try to stop it before it’s processed or shipped. After it’s on its way, you’d need to return it once it arrives.
Got a Damaged or Wrong Item?
Mistakes happen. If your item is damaged or not what you ordered, please:
- Take clear photos of the item and any packaging damage.

We’ll make sure you get the correct item or a replacement as quickly as possible.
